Privacy

No accounts. We do not ask you to sign up, and we do not keep a database of checks.

What you type. The address goes to OpenStreetMap's Nominatim service to find the location. The location goes to WorldPop to get resident estimates, and to an OpenStreetMap Overpass server to count food places nearby. Your concept description and figures go to Anthropic's Claude API to write the analysis. Your check is held in a signed code in your own browser so you can open your report after paying. The report link you can copy after paying carries that code too, so anyone you send it to can open the report. For the nearby spots in a paid report, six points around your site go to WorldPop, and the best ones to Nominatim to find their suburb names.

Your last answers. Your browser keeps the answers from your last check, so the next one only needs what changed. They stay on your device; "Start fresh" on the form clears them.

Payment. Stripe handles your card, your email and any invoice details you add (such as a business name or tax number), and emails your receipt and invoice. We see the payment status and the receipt details Stripe shares with merchants, never your full card number.

Logs. Our server keeps short-lived technical logs (time, IP address, errors) to keep the service running and stop abuse.

Questions or deletion requests. Email us at the address on your Stripe receipt.
