Terms and refunds

What you get. A one-time report for one address and one concept: resident estimates around the site, how your concept's natural audience compares with them, suggested fixes, money checks and a street test kit.

What it is not. The report is guidance to help you decide. It is not a verdict on whether to open, a prediction of success, or financial, legal or property advice. Resident estimates count where people live, not who eats or shops at a site, and they can be wrong for small areas. Check anything important before you sign a lease or spend money.

Your numbers. The money checks use the figures you enter. If those are off, the checks are off.

Payment. Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices include any taxes shown at checkout.

7-day refund. If the report doesn't help you, email us at the address on your Stripe receipt within 7 days of buying it and we will refund you in full. No questions asked.
